Return & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING 
We ship fast! Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking and estimated delivery as soon as your package is on the way. 

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 (within the continental US), and an option for ground shipping (calculated based on the shipping address). Orders over $35 ship free!

Please note that during high volume times, such as holidays and sales, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

ORDER ISSUES 
As hard as we try, occasionally the wrong size, or product may find its way into your package. Real (and really kind) people pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please reach out to us at contact@chaibag.com with your Order Number within 7 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to contact@chaibag.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.
